What You Will Do
Your day-to-day will involve hands-on client-facing work and supporting the full insurance brokerage process under supervision, with opportunities to engage in high-impact topics like mergers and acquisitions and cyber liability coverage as you grow.

Qualifications
- College Seniors graduating between Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a willingness to obtain property & casualty license upon hire.

What The Day Will Look Like
As a Cyber Broker at Aon, you’ll gain hands-on experience in client-facing work, from technical writing to verbal presentations. You’ll support senior team members throughout the full insurance brokerage process, helping prepare materials like proposals and presentations, and learning how to communicate with clients confidently and professionally. Early in your career, you’ll be exposed to topics like mergers and acquisitions and cyber liability coverage. You’ll build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients, while developing a deep understanding of the insurance marketplace and how we help organizations manage risk.
Your Responsibilities
- Gathering and organizing information for client submissions
- Supporting the broking process and providing ongoing service throughout the engagement
- Assisting with billing, policy review, and documentation for your assigned clients
- Using technology to streamline workflows and improve client service
- Helping replicate successful solutions and identify new broking opportunities

The salary range for this position is $68,000-$78,000 annually, with actual salary based on education, experience, skills, and location.
