As an Early Careers Recruiter, you’ll engage directly with colleagues, external influencers and candidates from diverse backgrounds, acting as an ambassador for EY and driving talent attraction for our clients and teams.
Your Opportunity
You’ll own activities for a specific market, service line or university, including recruiting events and programs. You’ll be part of a collaborative team with visibility to leadership and the ability to network with a wide range of stakeholders and influencers.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and attend campus recruiting activities and events
- Work with large-scale programs and collaborate with business leaders to execute recruiting strategies for specific universities, colleges and/or markets
- Partner with our internship program to ensure interns are engaged and provided challenging opportunities
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with internal and external influencers and stakeholders
- Creative and innovative in building candidate pipelines and executing sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- A proven record of success in talent attraction, acquisition and retention
- A broad understanding of recruitment laws and practices
- General understanding of compensation practices and benefit laws and practices
- Experience managing and planning multiple events
- Practical knowledge of common computer programs (i.e., Microsoft Office) including applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Yello)
- Strong communication skills including comfort in speaking to large audiences
- 5-7+ years of related experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Travel expectations: 20-50% over the course of the year
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience working within professional services or large matrix corporate environment
- Analytical skills to interpret and react to complex and evolving data
- Experience supervising small teams and providing counseling
