Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the full-cycle campus recruiting process from talent attraction to onboarding
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance early career talent attraction and improve recruiting efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to assess staffing needs and align recruiting strategies
• Organize and lead campus events to build a talent pipeline for internship and development programs
• Utilize data to track campus recruiting metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in campus recruiting
• Experience in creating social media and email campaigns for recruitment
• Knowledge of current campus recruitment trends and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience within a recruiting context
• Hands-on experience managing talent pools and candidate pipelines in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ability to support minimal campus travel and occasional after-hours events
• Familiarity with developing and implementing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment strategies
• Preference for candidates located in the Milwaukee or Chicago areas
