We are seeking a General Manager to bring a Fine Dining Experience to our team and robust clientele! Join a well respected and established brand in providing leadership, knowledge, and a top-tier steakhouse experience!
General Manager Responsibilities

• Directing a team of up to 80: consistent training updates, staff development
• Driving and building sales: create an environment of repeat guests and new guests through word-of-mouth marketing; guest first philosophy demonstrated and instilled
• P&L and budget management: inventory management and cost control
• Exemplify core values: lead by example and hold to account
  

General Manager Requirements

• Experience in high volume fine dining; $12-$15 million annual sales
• Strong tenure - no job hoppers
• Clear communication skills
• Workable in-depth knowledge of high end wine/beverage and fine food
