Storage Engineer - Active TS/SCI with CI Poly

Supporting the Government, you will work on Platform Engineering Services solutions for storage devices and backup technologies. Your role is critical in solving clients' challenges, delivering on promises, and innovating storage/data needs for missions. The position is based in Annapolis Junction, MD or Sterling, VA.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation of storage and backup systems, both on-premise and cloud-based.
• Collaborating with technical leads, vendors, and cloud providers to evaluate emerging technologies.
• Developing and maintaining storage demonstration environments and test plans.
• Conducting root cause analysis and providing support for storage upgrades and system support.
• Participating in system security activities focused on Storage/SAN and obtaining Authorize to Operate (ATO).

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma + 10 years, or Associate's Degree + 8 years, or Bachelor's Degree + 6 years, or Master's Degree + 4 years, or PhD + 2 years of industry experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ CE certification.
• In-depth knowledge of storage solutions like NetApp, Dell/EMC, Pure Storage, Cohesity, Rubrik, NetBackup, Hyperconverged solutions.
• Experience with SAN administration, virtualization (e.g., VMWare), and cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, Oracle).
• General knowledge across Storage, Virtualization, Networking, Data Center Migration, and Disaster Recovery.
• Some travel required.
