KPMG is seeking a Director, Senior Cloud Security Architect to join our Global Information Solution Group, part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with key stakeholders to understand the current state of application security and contribute to the security program to address gaps.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a systemic and holistic approach to security.
  3. Conduct threat modeling exercises to identify potential security threats and risks in applications.
  4. Perform code reviews, static and dynamic analysis to ensure application code security.
  5. Work closely with development teams to prioritize and address threats.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of experience in security architecture, threat modeling, identity management, software development, cryptography, penetration testing, cloud security, mobile security, or network security.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or five years of recent cloud security experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of security engineering, system and network security, authentication protocols, cryptography, or application security.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure Cybersecurity Expert, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and their security features.
  • Understanding of cloud security principles, industry frameworks (CSA, CIS, NIST, ISO).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
