Job Description
- Warehouse associate that will perform duties to include picking, labeling, relabeling, loading, unloading, receiving, and inspections of material and dunnage for shipping, receiving and storage in a fast-paced environment.
- Daily operation of powered industrial trucks or other material handling equipment.
- Daily use of handheld RF scanner.
- Daily use of good judgment to comply with instructions or prescribed routines, methods, or practices involving the making of minor decisions.
- Regular participation in special tasks as assigned such as 6S.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping, receiving, storage of parts, materials, and products.
- Prepare parts and materials for shipments. Verify materials and quantities. Pack materials. Load trucks.
- Receive shipments. Unload trucks. Check shipments for completeness and damage. Record shipments and compile necessary paperwork. Verify Dunnage and count for shipments. Move material to proper area for storage.
- Avoid damage to equipment, materials, product or installation due to mistake or carelessness.
- Maintain a constant safety mindset to prevent injury to others; an accident could result in injuries or severe health hazard.
- Responsible for one’s own work.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of experience with powered industrial trucks such as Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, Sit Down, etc.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience.
- Basic arithmetic skills; ability to interpret charts, tables, schedules, and records.
- Requires continuous attention to detail and ability to remain alert during repetitive or diversified operations.
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual: English / Spanish.
- Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency if required.
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Hourly Compensation: The U.S. base hourly wage for this full-time position is $16.75 with an additional shift premium based on the assigned shift.
