A fast-growing Series B startup in the data activation and reverse ETL space is on a mission to empower technical and non-technical teams to operationalize data directly from the warehouse. Their platform helps teams activate, sync, and manage data workflows across a wide array of SaaS tools—without complex engineering dependencies.

The company’s no-code platform, Customer Studio , has seen explosive growth—now generating over 50% of the company's revenue. With strong traction and a product-led approach, they are investing heavily in frontend engineering to keep up with demand and scale new features.

About the Role

Join as a Frontend Engineer on the Customer Studio team, a product-focused unit building one of the company’s most strategic platforms. You'll work closely with design and product partners to create rich, performant user experiences on a modern web stack.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role—ideal for engineers who thrive in startup environments, enjoy solving challenging UX problems, and care deeply about product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain core frontend features for the Customer Studio platform

  • Translate designs and product requirements into scalable, elegant code

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and backend teams

  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested TypeScript/React code

  • Help shape frontend architecture and performance as the product scales

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience:

  • 2–6+ years of experience as a frontend or fullstack product engineer

  • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS

  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-ready apps

  • Experience working in high-growth startups (Series A–D) or early product teams

  • Clear trajectory of growth: internal promotions, ownership over major features, etc.

  • Experience working closely with design/product to rapidly iterate on user experiences

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background from a top-50 computer science school (e.g., CMU, Georgia Tech, MIT, etc.)

  • Performance optimization and frontend scaling experience

  • Startup experience (<200 employees) in the last 2 years

Not a Fit If:

  • You’ve only worked at large tech companies (>200 employees) in the past 2 years

  • Compensation: $170K–$240K base + equity
