Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and applying customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; support shrink reduction goals and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Compensation

Starting pay range: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
