Overview
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking as a Sales Representative with Mondelēz International. You will maximize sales, planning and order-writing, and support activities such as merchandising, shelving, and pricing. You will act as a sales expert to retail stores and partner with nationally recognized customers (e.g., Walmart, Pavillions, Stater Bros, Smart & Final, Target) and be an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
- Support sales objectives, campaigns and promotions, and utilize sales materials (brochures, order guides, presentations) to drive product distribution and proper merchandising.
- Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs to customer needs, store demographics, and the current consumer base to grow Mondelēz International and customer business.
- Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond expectations.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take-away, including incremental racks and displays (DSD).
- Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build store-level sales; work with the Merchandiser to keep inventory stocked, rotated, presentable, and to manage unsalable merchandise appropriately.
- Monitor and report on competitive activity and document pricing activities; act as a liaison between Customer Business teams and store management.
What you can expect from us
- Base salary range: $41,400–$57,825, with the exact amount depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. Eligible for a bonus program with potential for overachievement and eligibility for long-term incentive programs.

- Company vehicle, gas card, and vehicle maintenance program may be provided.
Who is a good fit?
- Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is highly preferred.
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment (repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs; pushing/pulling).
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate outside the region or state as necessary.
- Willingness to perform merchandising responsibilities as needed.
- Live within 50 miles of the primary location: Warrenton, OR; secondary locations include Lincoln City, Tillamook, Seaside, and Astoria, OR.
- Schedule availability: Monday–Friday; morning shift starting at 5am–6am.
