Upward Title and Closing is seeking an experienced Escrow Branch Manager to lead our Seattle office. As an Escrow Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing. You will guide various aspects of the escrow process, providing expertise and support for smooth transactions.

Your role includes:

  • Leading and mentoring your team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
  • Identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
  • Building strong relationships with agents and clients, providing exceptional service.
  • Managing multiple transactions simultaneously with organization and efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of contracts from start to finish, ensuring timely, error-free closings.
  • Verifying all paperwork, reviewing title commitments, and resolving title issues.
  • Collaborating with lenders and underwriters to fund and complete transactions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals.
  • Growing the business by reaching out to new agents and providing excellent service to retain them.
  • Training escrow assistants and delegating tasks.
  • Ensuring positive closing experiences for agents and buyers.

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • At least 5 years of escrow officer experience managing a desk.
  • Limited Practice Officer (LPO) license in WA.
  • Technical knowledge of the closing process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet clients at various locations.
  • Existing book of business is highly preferred.
