We are a family owned and operated firm specializing in security/protection. We are seeking extremely motivated professionals. Qualified individuals will have the opportunity to work in the greater Bakersfield area.

Requirements

• Must have a valid guard card.
• Must have TWO years or more Security experience.
• Must have an updated resume/cv ready to provide. (Preferably to have available prior to setting an interview)
• Outstanding personal character, integrity, and professional demeanor.
• Highly motivated with above average interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of and ability to implement dedicated customer service.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to follow protocol and chain of command.
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit; drug and nicotine-free
• Willing to subject to pre-employment background investigation and random drug tests.
• Must reside within commuting distance to the greater Los Angeles area.

Compensation and Schedule

• Compensation Is Commensurate With Related Experience.
• Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
• Schedule: 8 hour shifts; 40 hours a week; Opportunity for Overtime
