What You’ll Do

• Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises (guest floors, lobby, parking areas, and designated zones). Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to detect and deter suspicious activities or unauthorized access. Remain vigilant to potential security threats or safety hazards.
• Access Control: Monitor entrances, exits, and access points; verify identities to ensure only authorized individuals are admitted. Enforce hotel policies regarding visitor registration, guest check-in, and key card access.
• Guest and Employee Assistance: Provide assistance to guests and employees, including escorting guests to rooms or vehicles, providing directions, responding to inquiries, and assisting with lockouts, lost items, or medical emergencies as needed. Serve as a point of contact for reporting security concerns.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies; assess situations, de-escalate as needed, and coordinate with emergency responders or law enforcement. Document incidents in detailed reports.
• Risk Management: Identify security risks or vulnerabilities, implement measures to mitigate risks, and conduct assessments to ensure safety standards are met.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with hotel staff, management, and external partners (e.g., law enforcement, emergency services) to address security concerns and coordinate responses. Communicate clearly with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
