Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) – Now Hiring: Clinic Safety Liaison (Security Guard). Yarmouth Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in South Yarmouth, MA, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers. We are a leader in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. Our care continuum includes MAT, OBAT, IOP, and mobile treatment units, with a focus on holistic, patient-centered support through recovery coaching, community outreach, and partnerships.

Our Team

Yarmouth CTC offers full-time hours across early morning shifts. The team works to provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment and support for patients on their recovery journey.

Schedule & Location

• Sunday: 4:15 am - 10:15 am – Van Driver
• Monday & Tuesday: 5:45 am - 1:45 pm – Security Guard
• Thursday & Friday: 4:15 am - 12:15 pm – Van Driver

Role & Responsibilities

The Clinic Safety Liaison/Security Guard monitors persons and vehicles entering or leaving the Clinic property. Responsibilities include providing support to maintain a safe environment, communicating concerns to the supervisor, taking a lead role in light maintenance and environmental services duties, and performing routine safety inspections of clinic monitoring devices.

• Assist, direct, and monitor all persons entering/leaving the Clinic property, including emergency vehicles and personnel
• Interact with staff and patients professionally at all times
• Monitor parking area and lobby for loitering or misconduct; report concerns immediately
• Keep accurate notes in appropriate systems as required by clinic standards
• Communicate admissions, visits, and deliveries to the appropriate staff
• Perform light maintenance tasks and repairs (e.g., touch-up painting, trash removal, light bulbs, spills)
• Conduct regular safety checks (smoke detectors, locked doors, alarm systems)
• May perform other duties as assigned

Role Location: Massachusetts

Calculated Salary Range for the role: $19.00 - $22.50 per hour

Education, Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Two years’ experience in security, corrections, or military preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or patient/customer-facing setting preferred
• Must be comfortable working in an opioid treatment program/recovery environment
