Overview

Security Guard - Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) at Comprehensive Treatment Centers, Muncie, Indiana. This role focuses on providing a safe environment at the clinic and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists, directs and monitors all persons entering and leaving the Clinic property, including emergency vehicles and personnel.
• Interact with staff and patients in a professional manner at all times.
• Monitors parking areas and lobby to prevent loitering or misconduct; report concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Keeps accurate notes and reports within Clinic standards.
• Communicates regarding incoming admissions, visits, and deliveries to appropriate staff.
• Performs light maintenance duties and repairs (e.g., touch-up painting, trash removal, changing light bulbs, cleaning spills).
• Performs regular safety checks of clinic monitoring devices (smoke detectors, locked doors, alarm systems, etc.).
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Two years’ experience in security, corrections, or military preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare or patient/customer-facing setting preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in an opioid treatment program/recovery environment.
