Security Guard - Unarmed CRE Patrols - Allied Universal

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer for unarmed CRE patrols in San Francisco, CA. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to gain site experience across various industries.

What you’ll do

• Use our scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Provide a visible security presence and customer service across assigned locations
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Observe, report, and assist with access control as directed
• Complete required reports and logs timely and accurately
• Support staff during emergencies by following established protocols

• Availability across various days and shifts
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments
• Desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid Guard Card or license (where required by state)
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Position details

• Position Type: Part Time
• Pay Rate: $22.95 / hour
• Schedule: Sat 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM; Sun 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
