Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Brand Development: Own the end-to-end development of the company’s marketing strategy, aligning with business goals and growth objectives; define and evolve the brand positioning, messaging, and voice based on market insights and competitive analysis; create and manage the annual marketing plan and campaign calendar, ensuring initiatives are timely, targeted, and aligned across channels.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct primary and secondary research on customer segments, industry trends, and competitor activity; analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and performance data to inform strategic decisions; develop customer personas and segmentation strategies to guide messaging and targeting; translate research findings into targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support sales, product launches, and brand initiatives; define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics; provide direction to team members on execution priorities and messaging.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment on positioning, timing, and campaign objectives; serve as the marketing point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics); present insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders; continuously optimize strategy based on data, feedback, and evolving market conditions.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on strategic planning and market research; proven experience building marketing strategies that drive measurable brand and business results; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans; proficiency in using research tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
