Overview
Join to apply for the Sr. Graphic Designer role at Entreprenista. The Sr. Graphic Designer is the visual leader behind the Entreprenista brand, shaping how the audience experiences the brand through storytelling and consistent visual design across platforms and campaigns, including digital ads, social assets, live event materials, influencer boxes, merch, and new products. You will lead the development and execution of all brand creative, manage the visual identity, and mentor junior designers. You’ll collaborate across departments to support performance campaigns, editorial content, and product launches, ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional, premium, and “Entreprenista.”
We’re looking for a design leader who blends creative vision with strategic execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience creating conversion-focused content, and is passionate about elevating women-led brands. This position will start as a part-time contract with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Brand Vision: Own the Entreprenista visual identity; evolve and maintain brand guidelines that support growth, flexibility, and consistency across all channels.
- Deliver big-picture creative vision: Translate marketing goals, brand messaging, and storytelling into strong visual campaigns that resonate with our audience; share new and innovative ideas with the leadership team.
- Set creative direction for campaigns and products: Develop concepts and mood boards for initiatives including product launches, digital offers, Power Groups, Founders Weekend, and Entreprenista 100.
- Ensure cohesive design across platforms: Oversee visual output across email, social media, landing pages, print materials, event signage, and paid ads.
- Project Execution & Asset Oversight: Manage creative production timelines from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth progress in the project management system (ClickUp).
- Oversee creation of all brand and marketing assets: Social media graphics; paid ad assets; email layouts; landing pages and lead magnets; event visuals and signage; Founders Weekend and E100 materials.
- Create and/or review all content briefs and conduct kick-off meetings to align expectations between the creative team and stakeholders.
- Apply best practices for digital organic and paid media assets and stay up-to-date on material specs for multiple platforms.
- Team Management & Collaboration: Manage and mentor Junior Designers; collaborate with the Director of Marketing and VP of Growth to align visuals with copy and storytelling; work cross-functionally with product, partnerships, growth, and operations teams.
- Creative Problem Solving & Brand Innovation: Bring fresh ideas, push the brand forward with new formats and design approaches; optimize assets for performance in collaboration with Growth Marketing to improve engagement, CTRs, and conversions.
- Ensure accessibility and scalability: Design with a digital-first lens, optimizing assets for mobile, speed, and multi-platform usage.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in visual design or art direction, preferably in a digital, content, or DTC environment
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates brand storytelling, campaign ideation, and multi-platform execution
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (or equivalent design tools)
- Experience managing a brand visual identity and producing consistent assets at scale
- Ability to lead creative brainstorms and translate strategic briefs into compelling visuals
- Experience collaborating with marketers, writers, and developers in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality visual output
