Responsibilities

• Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, ensuring the right mix of experience and enthusiasm to deliver in-store and digital shopping experiences.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates with the right skills and experiences to serve guests.
• Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Be approachable by listening to team members and collaborating with leaders to take action as needed.
• Deliver on all HR processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption.
• Support leaders in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks; engage with guests to resolve needs as they arise.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• All other duties based on business needs.
