Join to apply for the Hokule Barista (On-Call) position in Ohu, Ko Olina. This on-call role supports the resort operations with barista service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Location

Four Seasons Resort Ohu at Ko Olina, Ko Olina, Ohu, Hawaii. A luxury resort on the islands western coast, offering ocean views, pools, lagoons, and access to local activities and spa facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based coffee drinks for guests, in addition to tea.
• Serve guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar luxury environment.
• Experience in communication and computer skills.
• Service passion; attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; able to accept assignments on an as-needed basis to promote teamwork.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.37 per hour
