The Role

The Four Seasons Resort O\'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On-Call Server for the return of Five-One-Six. Located on the Resort’s rooftop with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Five-One-Six offers an unforgettable experience where guests enjoy signature cocktails against the backdrop of ocean and sunset views.

What You Will Do

• Describe beverage menu to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item\'s origin, taste, and preparation method.
• Communicate guests\' orders including any special needs or requests to the bartenders using the point of sale systems.
• Anticipate guests\' needs, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns.
• Close guest checks accurately; process cash and credit card payments and settle voided or complimentary drinks.
• Break down, clean and set up tables, chairs, and menus.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years cocktail server or related work experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash & credit card transactions.
