Overview
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and processes. Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Design and document efficient and scalable ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Assist technical teams in configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and company policies.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and create test cases. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality and ensure it meets business needs.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and development teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and communicate progress. Provide status reports and build positive relationships with clients and project teams.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly modules like ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and CSM.
- Monitor ServiceNow performance and usage to identify enhancement opportunities and contribute to roadmap planning. Stay informed about new ServiceNow features and capabilities to leverage them effectively.
