Job purpose

This position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.Responsible for all facets of the recruiting life cycle for high volume requisitions. Provides regular, proactive updates and effective communication to all stakeholders, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Works with hiring managers to understand specific recruiting needs and creates internal and external job postings
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Searches, identifies and selects job candidates using multiple sourcing tools such as job boards, direct search, and social media
  • Coordinates and follows recruitment and hiring process in expeditious manner
  • Schedules and conducts phone interviews and in person interviews
  • Communicates effectively with managers and candidates at all stages of the process, inclusive of facilitating employment offers
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Works with the HR team and hiring manager to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of high volume, sourcing and recruiting experience in fast paced environment
  • Proactive recruiting experience using new tools and technology
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Solution-oriented; brings new ideas to the team to attract top talent
  • Tech savvy individual
  • Experience working with a HRIS system, ADP WFN a plus

Compensation details: 68000-85000 Yearly Salary
