Overview

We're looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our Gulfport, MS team!

Starting pay is $16 per hour with no experience. Opportunity for quarterly bonus. Full insurance package: medical, dental, vision, and more. Fully vested 401K with employer match. Opportunities for restoration certifications. Position located in Gulfport, MS.

What you'll be responsible for as a Cleaning Technician

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain safe jobsite
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver\'s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
