We're looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our Mobile, AL team!

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain a safe jobsite
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre- and post-construction clean-up

What you need to have

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard-working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver\'s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug-free
