We’re seeking an experienced IT professional to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives in a dynamic MSP environment and is looking to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and improve the performance and efficiency of client systems
  • Design and conduct server/security audits, system backups, and recovery plans
  • Create and maintain up-to-date system documentation and service records
  • Ensure in-house systems and client systems are compatible and optimized
  • Conduct thorough system testing and facilitate end-user reviews
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reporting and analytics
  • Train end users on new and modified systems
  • Research new technologies and make recommendations based on ROI and business needs
  • Perform on-site client visits to install, maintain, and support IT systems and networks
  • Review and approve work completed by Help Desk Analysts
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting IT systems in an MSP environment
  • Strong understanding of systems planning, deployment, and software management best practices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, remote monitoring tools, and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills – both technical and user-friendly
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to client needs
  • Strong client service orientation and the ability to build trust with end users
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
