Description

Customer is looking for additional support at their Cleveland and Akron clinics. This role resolves issues with computer hardware and software, provides end user training and education, builds and rebuilds computers, and assists with overall operation of customers end user facing technology. Employees in this role create and manage access to networks, systems, and applications by creating or removing end user accounts, rights, and permissions. Help Desk Technicians work closely with other IT department personnel and technology owners to assist with tasks that require specific knowledge or expertise. Help Desk Technicians balance creative and technical problem solving, customer service, teamwork and collaboration to ensure that personnel throughout the organization can access and utilize resources they need to perform their jobs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This resource will be the main POC for the Cleveland and Akron locations. Need to be comfortable working between both sites. Experience working with Microsoft, Azure, Imaging tools.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
