Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security tools.
• Assist with setting up new users, including workstation setup, email accounts, and access permissions.
• Maintain IT documentation including asset inventory, support logs, and user guides.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Support audio/visual equipment for meetings and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment.
