Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your strong analytical skills to deliver insightful financial reports, improve budgeting and forecasting processes, and help optimize the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis :
    1. Assist in annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
    2. Help identify key drivers behind financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
    3. Collaborate with department/site leaders to ensure business units are aligned with financial targets.
    4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, plan and participant counts, highlighting areas of improvement and recommending opportunities for growth.
    5. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  2. Reporting :
    1. Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
    2. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.
    3. Support data collection from different departments or systems (e.g., accounting, sales, HR) to compile relevant reports.
    4. Work closely with accounting and systems teams to enhance the use of financial systems and tools for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  1. Education :
    1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  2. Experience :
    1. 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related fields, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    2. Experience in integrating data from multiple sources (financial systems, spreadsheets, etc.) for consolidated reporting.
    3. Retirement industry experience is a plus.
    4. Experience in NetSuite is a plus.
  3. Skills :
    1. Financial modeling and analytical skills.
    2. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
    3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    4. High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
