About the Job: Our client is seeking a dedicated and visionary Career Navigator to join their Human Resources team. This role is focused on providing leadership and support for employee development and career growth across the organization. The Career Navigator will assess workforce needs, design personalized career plans, foster educational partnerships, and create innovative learning opportunities. This is a pivotal role with significant impact on talent management and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Provide career counseling and coaching to employees, helping them navigate professional growth opportunities.
- Identify developmental and career needs within the organization, and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design education and training programs.
- Build affiliations with schools and higher education institutions to foster talent pipelines and create learning models.
- Support workforce upskilling initiatives to meet current and future workforce demands.
- Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Decision Quality: Deliver thoughtful and timely career solutions.

- Supervises: No direct reports; collaborates across multiple teams.
