Key Responsibilities
- Lead FOH operations and foster a culture of high-touch hospitality
- Manage labor, scheduling, and costs to meet performance targets
- Hire, train, and develop a professional, service-oriented team
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage leadership for seamless execution
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years as GM or AGM in upscale, high-volume restaurants or nightlife concepts
- Strong leadership, financial skills, and guest engagement
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, committed to excellence
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: DOE (flexible for the right candidate)
- Bonus: Up to 10% of base, paid quarterly, tied to operational targets
- Health & Dental: 50% company-paid, effective on start date
- 401(k): 40% match on first 5% of compensation (after 90 days)
- Dining Perk: $500/month personal F&B credit at sister properties
- PTO & Schedule: 2 weeks PTO, increasing to 3 weeks in year 4; 45-hour average workweek, max 50 hours, with 2 consecutive days off
