We are seeking a dynamic General Manager with a passion for exceptional service in San Diego's finest dining establishment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and ensure system compliance with full P&L responsibility.
• Build a talented team through effective hiring and development.
• Enhance sales by providing outstanding guest experiences, fostering repeat business.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors; personal organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in high-volume, fine-dining, or upscale restaurant management, preferably in a steakhouse.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation laws at local, state, and federal levels.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Team player capable of taking and providing direction.

Benefits

• Competitive salary ($130,000 - $140,000).
• Benefits package including vacation and growth opportunities.
• 3 weeks PTO in the first year, with an additional week in the second year.
• Five-day work week schedule.
