About The Role
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality establishment, ensuring that all aspects of service, quality, and guest satisfaction are met to the highest standards. This position requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage a diverse team, drive project sales, and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability. The General Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans that align with corporate goals while fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, this role involves maintaining oversight of food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing P&L statements to optimize financial performance. Ultimately, the General Manager will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests while achieving operational excellence and financial success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the hospitality establishment, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
- Monitor and control costs related to food, beverage, and overall operations to ensure profitability.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team focused on exceptional guest service.
- Analyze financial reports and P&L statements to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
