Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers to join our upscale casual dining environment, helping us create memorable Mexican experiences for our guests.

The General Manager oversees the restaurant's overall success, ensuring standards are met in quality, guest satisfaction, sales growth, profitability, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily operations including ordering, guest relations, and service standards.
  2. Ensure accuracy in cash handling and reconciliation.
  3. Manage inventory, forecast needs, and handle vendor communications.
  4. Forecast sales and labor budgets, and manage invoicing processes.
  5. Collaborate with the Director of Operations on significant issues.
  6. Drive incentive programs, sales, and marketing efforts.
  7. Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and payroll processes.
  8. Ensure quality standards, health and safety compliance, and performance scores.

Management & Leadership

  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
  • Provide clear instructions, hold team accountable, and conduct coaching and reviews.
  • Lead staff meetings, set goals, and foster guest loyalty.
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and team development.
  • Address guest and crew complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Manage staffing levels and ensure proper labor management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • 2-4 years of full-service management experience with an AUV of $4M+.
  • Proven employment stability and a college degree in a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

Must meet physical demands including lifting up to 40 lbs., reaching, working off counter heights, and moving through tight spaces.
