Are you a seasoned Nurse Practitioner looking to take on a high-impact, independent role? I'm working with a top-tier healthcare organization in Brighton, MA that’s actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner with strong experience in adult practice to lead their Occupational Health services. This is a rare opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to serve as the sole provider in a progressive clinical setting that values autonomy, expertise, and leadership.
Position Overview:
In this role, you'll manage a full spectrum of Occupational Health services including:
Pre-employment screening, work-related injuries and exposures
Fitness-for-duty evaluations and follow-up care
Preventive health measures and periodic employee health checks
Clinical leadership, consultative services, and cross-departmental education
Active participation in quality improvement and research initiatives
You’ll be the primary clinical decision-maker, so confidence and a well-rounded skill set are key. This is ideal for someone ready to step into a high-trust, autonomous environment.
Qualifications:
Active MA State Nurse Practitioner license
Registered with the State of Massachusetts, DEA, and ANCC
BLS and ACLS certified
Minimum of 3 years of current nursing experience and 2 years in adult practice
Willingness and capability to function as the sole provider
