Full-time Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner opportunity delivering direct patient care, workplace injury evaluation and treatment, pre-employment screenings, and health education programs to promote employee wellness, ensure OSHA compliance, and support a culture of safety and productivity in the workplace. Compensation

Base pay range : $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Note : This range is provided by Cross Country Healthcare. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in an occupational health setting, including pre-employment screenings, workplace injury evaluation and treatment, exposures, and follow-ups. Conduct fitness-for-duty evaluations and provide health education to promote employee wellness and safety. Serve as the sole on-site provider, guiding clinical protocols and health education in collaboration with internal teams. Support OSHA compliance and contribute to a culture of safety and productivity in the workplace. Collaborate with internal departments and safety teams to coordinate care and health initiatives. Qualifications

Active MA Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration Certified by ANCC or other accredited NP organization 3+ years of current clinical nursing experience 2+ years of experience in adult practice Willingness to serve as sole provider on-site Master's degree in nursing required; completion of an accredited NP educational program required Requirements to apply
