Key Responsibilities: Prepare, dispense, and monitor medication for oncology patients
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulatory standards, and pharmacy policies
Supervise and mentor technical support personnel
Requirements
Education:
PharmD required or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience from a College of Pharmacy accredited by American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP). Experience:
Five years of professionally responsible pharmacist experience required for Bachelors degree holders. One year of recent inpatient hospital experience as staff pharmacist or pharmacy intern in a general medical/surgical hospital preferred for PharmD candidates. Certification:
N/A
License:
State of Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Registered Pharmacist Licensure.
