Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
You'll visit customers' homes to solve problems and introduce them to smart home tech.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
Teach customers how to use their technology and suggest additional services when appropriate.
Maintain a neat work area and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently and staying connected with the team.
