Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Visit customers' homes, troubleshoot issues, and introduce them to smart home technology.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
Educate customers on how to utilize their technology and suggest additional services when beneficial.
Maintain a clean work area and exhibit a professional attitude while working independently while staying connected with the team.
