Department Summary
As part of our Technician team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional TV and Smart Home solutions to countless customers. We will equip you with the training needed to ensure every interaction contributes positively to our customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Visit customer homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
Guide customers in using their technology and suggest additional services when beneficial.
Maintain a tidy work environment and uphold a professional demeanor while working both independently and in collaboration with your team.
