Lead the design and development of full-stack features across web applications and backend systems
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Product, Design, and Clinical stakeholders—to deliver impactful solutions
Architect scalable, secure, and resilient systems that integrate with external platforms
Mentor engineers and foster a high-performing, growth-oriented engineering culture
Champion engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, and code reviews
Explore and assess new technologies to keep our stack modern and effective
Who You Are
8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack engineering
Proficient in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Experienced with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Proven leadership in mentoring and guiding teams while remaining hands-on
Track record of owning end-to-end product execution with meaningful business impact
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership
Committed to being a thoughtful, encouraging, and mission-driven teammate
