Worship Leader

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (ELCA) is seeking a passionate and talented part-time Worship Leader to guide and grow our Worship 2.0 service, which is a modern, informal worship experience held Sundays at 9:00 a.m. This service communicates the Christian faith through a relaxed style and contemporary musical expression. Supported by a live band, Worship 2.0 invites people of all ages into meaningful worship of Jesus Christ through music, prayer, and Scripture.

This part-time (approx. 10 hrs per week) role includes:

Leading worship music with a live band

Planning services with a creative and dedicated team

Rehearsing weekly with musicians

Coordinating music, tech, and lyrics for worship services

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong musical skills (vocal and instrumental)

Is passionate about sharing faith through music

Is familiar with contemporary Christian worship styles

Works well with teams and volunteers
