Lead the development of detailed MEP estimates for large-scale institutional, and health care projects across supported regions - Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns - Evaluate subcontractor bids and perform scope reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements - Collaborate with design teams to identify value engineering opportunities and constructability solutions - Participate in preconstruction meetings and presentations with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders - Maintain and update historical cost data, unit pricing, and benchmarking tools - Stay current on regional market trends, labor rates, and material costs across supported geographies - Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $80.00/hr.
