Job Title: Quality Control Manager/SuperintendentJob Description
As a Quality Control Manager/Superintendent, you will work full-time on federal construction renovation projects at the NRL base in Washington, DC. This position offers an opportunity to engage with various federal projects for the remaining two years of the project. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in quality control management within federal construction environments.
Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure compliance with quality control standards on federal construction renovation projects.
Manage and execute projects from the Quality Control Management (QCM) compliance perspective.
Work closely with project teams to ensure federal construction standards are met.
Implement and monitor safety protocols in alignment with OSHA 30 requirements.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quality Control Manager.
At least 2 years of experience on federal construction projects ranging from $200K-$2 million.
Active Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification.
Familiarity with USACE and NAVFAC standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 30 certification is highly desirable.
Experience with interior construction and fit-out projects.
CQCM certification is a plus.
Experience with EM385 regulations.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite at the NRL in Washington, DC. This is a full-time role, requiring attendance five days per week. The project offers a dynamic work environment with potential for long-term employment opportunities, particularly in government contract work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, District of Columbia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $46.00/hr.
