Construction Safety ManagerAbout the Role
We are seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead and enforce safety protocols across multiple active construction sites. This role is ideal for a proactive safety professional with strong knowledge of OSHA standards and a passion for creating safe, compliant, and productive work environments.
As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate with project managers, safety directors, and site leaders to implement safety policies, conduct incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture. Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce site-specific safety policies and procedures.
Plan and execute safety education and training programs.
Conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents and near misses.
Maintain a drug-free workplace and report potential insurance claims.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure safety is embedded across all operations.
Communicate safety regulations clearly and take corrective action when necessary.
Write detailed safety reports and present findings to internal teams.
Required Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification.
Proven experience in construction safety management.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
Industry experience in fabrication or large-scale construction projects
Work Environment
On-site presence required daily in a fabrication shop setting.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (10-hour shifts) + Saturday (8-hour shift).
Fast-paced, hands-on environment with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
