Adecco is assisting a local San Jose, CA client in search of motivated and reliable Warehouse Operators to join their team. We have openings on both Day and Swing shifts. Overtime available!! $20 to $24 an hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Organize and store materials in the warehouse efficiently.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.

Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) as needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous warehouse or material handling experience a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Flexible to work Day or Swing shifts.

Forklift experience preferred but not required.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $20–$24/hr based on experience.

Temp to hire opportunities

Shift Options:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Swing Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour
