Join our dynamic team as a Digital Campaign Strategist, where you will leverage your 3+ years of digital campaign management experience to creatively plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel advertising campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Sales team to ensure successful revenue closure and manage both service-level and self-service campaigns across our diverse product offerings. As a strategist, you will take charge of the media campaign's strategic planning and execution while acting as a consultative expert. Your understanding of high-level marketing objectives combined with tactical execution will drive client success. With deep expertise in audience targeting and media tactics, your guidance will be essential in achieving client-specific goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic planning and execution of managed and self-service campaigns. Act as a subject matter expert on media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation. Engage with clients and agencies to provide expert insights on media tactics and stewardship. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various media types, including paid search, programmatic display, direct digital sponsorships, CTV, and social media. Apply an understanding of the purchase funnel tailored to client objectives. Collaborate with Sales & Account Management to devise strategic, data-driven media proposals. Communicate campaign performance metrics and optimization recommendations through regular stakeholder meetings. Identify growth opportunities in partnership with Sales based on campaign performance and insights. Ensure adherence to internal SLAs and quality assurance processes for seamless campaign launches. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams through outstanding client service. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years in bid management, campaign management, or digital media operations. Strong understanding of digital media metrics and optimizations. Proven client-facing experience with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to think critically and adapt to evolving media landscapes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, as well as tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.
