Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of omnichannel digital campaigns Serve as the go-to expert on campaign tactics, media planning, and audience strategy Advise clients and internal teams on media performance and optimization best practices Apply the full-funnel marketing approach to campaign strategies, from awareness to conversion Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to create data-informed media proposals Own campaign pacing, performance analysis, and reporting deliverables Identify incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign insights and test results Ensure campaign accuracy through QA processes and internal standards Attend client calls to provide guidance and updates on campaign execution and results Support cross-functional initiatives and partner with media insights teams to refine strategies Coordinate with internal teams to traffic campaigns across multiple platforms and environments Stay current on media trends, platforms, and measurement practices to drive innovation Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field 3+ years of experience in digital media campaign management, bid management, or media operations Experience with multiple ad formats including Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Publisher Display, and Social Media Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) Experience using platforms such as Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, Power BI Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/analysis), PowerPoint (visual storytelling), and Outlook Client-facing experience with a proven ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions Preferred: Experience with programmatic advertising tools (DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges) Seniority level
