As a Cable Technician, you play a vital role in delivering outstanding TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of satisfied customers. With dedicated training, you'll enhance customer experiences and provide essential tech education right in their homes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
In this position, you'll visit customers' homes, troubleshoot issues, and introduce them to innovative smart home technology.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' residences.
Educate customers on their technology and recommend additional services when appropriate.
Maintain a tidy work environment and exemplify professionalism while working both independently and collaboratively.
