Your new role
As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing all safety protocols on large-scale Data Center construction sites. You'll conduct site inspections, lead safety training, ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, and work closely with project teams to foster a culture of safety. Your role will be critical in maintaining a safe and productive work environment on high-value, technically complex projects.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of experience in construction safety management, preferably on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards
Experience with ground-up construction, ideally in the Data Center sector
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., CHST, CSP, OSHA 30/510)
Ability to work on-site in Northern VA and travel to project locations as needed
